Voyah, a sub-brand of Dongfeng Motor and part of the Chinese New Energy Vehicle initiative, revealed its luxury sedan, the Zhuiguang. The EV was partially revealed back in December, but without many details. During last week's Shanghai Auto Show, Voyah revealed the rest of the specs and detailed all three versions of the EV.

Voyah Zhuiguang officially launched in three variants

The standard version starts at CNY 322,900 ($47,000) and offers a semi-solid state battery with 82kWh capacity, rated for 580 km of range by CLTC's standards. The second tier gets the same battery and asks CNY 352,900 ($51,200).

No matter the trim, however, the Zhuiguang is equipped with two motors for all-wheel drive. The front one provides 215kW of peak power, while the rear one is 160kW. That makes a total of 375kW and 730Nm peak torque.

Fast charging is also on the menu and while no number was quoted the car promises to deliver 230km worth of range in just 10 minutes.

As far as dimensions go, the Zhuiguang is 5,088mm long, 1,970mm wide and with a wheelbase of 3,000mm.
