Kia to spend €10 billion on electrifiation in the next five years
Kia will invest €22 billion in the next five years, €10b of which will be put toward electrification, autonomous driving, and robotics.
The carmaker reportedly wants 55% of its cars to be electrified by 2030 - around 2.38 million cars. The aim is for 37% of those to be fully electric.
Kia currently plans to release the EV9, the EV5 is reportedly coming next year, and then in 2025 Kia could release en entry-level SUV in the EV3.
