So it looks that the article is more of an advertisement than anything else. Tesla has none of those issues at their Super Chargers.

So the company can't make its existing simple chargers work reliably and fast. Making them more complicated and giving an authority to decide what to charge and how, will definitely change experience, but not in direction they're hoping 😆

This is not novel nor a patented chargepoint feature. Several manufacturers have this feature.

Well cant speak for other 205 countries in world but here in Slovakia most or largest of large shiopping malls have at least 3-5 charging stations. The smaller ones have zero.
And in every town above 5-10 000 population we usualy have at least 2 petrol pumps but from all existing petrol pumps in slovakia less than a 10% have a charging station for EV vehicle thats a fact.
