Happy to see NIO making a budget line. This could really help their battery swapping more accessible and therefore help it spread more widely.

Stop fanboying so hard over Tesla. Just because other manufacturers make cars in the same segment, doesn't mean they are copying. Even the little we see in this spyshot, we still see it is not similar to model Y. Rear lights, door handles, doors, windows, boot lid, rear bumper and diffusor are all different. . .

NIO have their own design language and technology. They also have a broader range of cars than Tesla, btw.

They should have written "Copied from Tesla Model Y"
