Škoda and the whole VW software debacle is here for a reason - abysmal controls, barely functional AC controls and no software support or upgrades to speak of.

why are here to know about car.

full touch control is ok for smartphones or tablets since, you look at the input controls (screen) "all the time". however, you have to look away from the input controls in cars. that's why touch control is not a new way to interact with a car. physical buttons are and will be a must for major driver controls.
