This is a TLC SSD, but it can be run in an SLC mode, which increases transfer speeds and also improves reliability.

Any reason why the sequential writes are so low?

How else would a car store all the software that's packed into them to run multiple screens with their complex UIs + dashcam recording, etc.
Great to see such a huge range of operating temperatures.
