I saw recent YT video about break failure. But that was someone driving SU7 Max on a race track at crazy speeds. I am not sure about how bad the quality is for normal folks using it on road and driving normally. Its a huge hit at this point and selling more than M3 and way more successful than other sedans at this price range like Zeekr 007. There is crazy competition considering Xpeng just released P7+, Mona M03 and many more from BYD/Geely/Chery/Changan etc. I think the overall ecosystem of Xiaomi gives them a leg up and once they release more models (SUV, Smaller sedan), their overall sales would hit 2-3x from current levels. They are definitely not going away.

Everyone was complaining how garbage was the SU7, quality issues, broken on first 40km. And look at how Xiaomi's doing, 100k sold despite the criticism.
