First official photos of Hyundai Ioniq 6 - we have them

With Hyundai announcing the reveal of the long awaited Ioniq 6 will take place tomorrow, it wasn’t long before the first official photos were uncovered - here they are.

Lovely seating position, big fan of that. Too bad, he's almost kicking his chin with his knees. Very ergonomic indeed.

I do but think personally the shooting brake version will balance out the back end and give the much need space. I've the early renders and I'm pretty much sold

Somehow Hyundai managed to pull a magic trick and gave us tons of room in the back with surprisingly lots of headroom. The car appears to be low but it is actually quite tall, just like the Ioniq 5 looks like a small hatchback when it's actually a biggish crossover... The luggage space though - yeah, that's where the compromise may live, we'll know for sure soon enough.

It certainly does look good design wise, but seeing the back, there won't be enough headroom for rear passengers - other than kids.
Drag coefficient will be really good, but I doubt it will attract as many people as Ioniq 5 did, as practicality seems abysmal, even at first glance.

Mercedes/Maybach (general look) x Taycan (Headlight) having a child! I usually like Hyundai but right here, it's nope nope nope, sorry :D
