Afeela, the EV joint venture between Sony and Honda, has unveiled the production-ready Afeela 1, a tech-laden midsize liftback with a starting price of $89,900.

Under 500km for almost 90k and with tax above 90k. This car looks cheap and pathetic! Before releasing a car just get 700km and cut the price by 60% and tax included. If not, then don't bother.

It's taking forever to come out. And it's way too expensive. The Chinese brands are offering the same technology level for less.

The design has aged quickly as well. I don't think anyone is gonna buy think over a Xiaomi SU7.

EV market loves $25k EVs more than anything. Nio ET9 is $100k, it has active suspension and steer by wire for comfort. Hope Sony can compete with Lucid, Nio, Cybertruck, Jaguar in features.
