They never generated any profit but a few billion $ loss each year, so talking about any repayment is hilarious. There is no guarantee they will be able to repay It.

First cars at the end of 2028, so actually 2029 on market.
400,000 produced doesn't mean everything will be sold.
Doesn't look like a good investment for the taxpayer.
