Tesla is in very bad situation. It is involved in a class action for a fraud over miles or kilometers counters that show exagerated autonomy performance and that avoid warranty rights for erroneous total mileage (exagerated). It seems Elon is about to dump completely Tesla image with all his political positions and tricky business over his cars. In the US, cheating the consumers is punished by astronomic fines and indemnities to the customers.
