XPeng and Huawei reimagine driving displays

XPeng and Huawei have developed a new AR-HUD system for electric cars, projecting an 87-inch display with AI-driven driving information onto the windshield, first appearing in the Xpeng G7 SUV.

I don't think it's "reimagined" because this HUD concept had been used in games and sci-fi movies before.
Nonetheless, it's a cool feature and should help drivers concentrate more on the road since they would be less distracted by the indicators behind the steering wheel and the entertainment/navigation screen.

the infotainment is so much, and controllable to on/off.

this also allow Driverless Robotaxi's Passenger feel safer, know what is ahead, where is the auto-pilot heading to.
