Automaker Stellantis has shelved its ambitious "AutoDrive" Level 3 self-driving system in a major setback in its race to compete with tech-focused EV brands.

Just like yester years Top horse cart makers are not the current Top carmakers, todays famous car makers would no longer be the top self driving car makers of future. These legacy car makers lack the expertise and will to make self driving cars. Market will replace them. No matter how much they bribe EU and US govts. with buyouts to save them, they will perish and make way for better EV makers with Level 4 autonomy
