Porsche hits the brakes on EV plans, flagship SUV to launch with gas power

Facing a challenging market, Porsche is delaying several electric car projects, including its flagship SUV, and recommitting to gasoline and hybrid models for the foreseeable future.

This is interesting, because it flies in the face of the rest of VAG ... but Porsche is very reliant on the US, and hasn't produced any even semi-compelling cars lately - ICE or electric. Taycan was interesting when it launched, but it's old as hell now.

When a newcome, Xiaomi, ridiculised your firm in your own land with less than 3 years experience, you have to worry. The actual search of chinese automakers for european factories means that within 5 years, all european auto companies will be dead or bought by chnese firms.
