GM and OneD to bring silicon nanotechnology to Ultium batteries

GM is partnering with OneD Battery Sciences to implement the silicon nanotechnology into Ultium batteries to increase the energy density, improve charging times and increase the range by at least 20 percent.

I can't even compare the entire lineup before 2013. It is like they suddenly woke up from a coma.
What help with this is how their main competitor, Toyota, began to not be as reliable. And I am saying this from both experience and some hardcore Toyota fans who for some reason switch to Hyundai, only to say the same about them XD
Honda on the other hand was and still known as the durable king with fair design and tech. But I am happy with my little Malibu.

Battery tech is developing so fast, and that's great. It has so many more applications than just cars, too.

The designs and interior materials and features, they are all far from what they once were.
