Dedicated charging stations are IMHO just a temporary solution and will phase out in the future (it might be a distant future though), but I really like small compact EV as rent car for a city, that is just a nice extension of rentals for bikes or scooters.

after reading this article, i don't know what meaning life still has. if even charging up the car becomes such an important part of our lives that coffee, internet access and snacks have to be available, then i'll stick with my combustion engine car which i can fuel up faster than anyone can spell the word coffee. the most common and unimportant things in life are being turned into things you should care a lot about and spend time with.

"The Mobilize hub will provide coffee and snacks, a comfortable rest area and Internet connection."

10€ for snack, 5€ for coffee. everyone knows about the prices at snack machines.
