The Da Han will sit above the 'vanilla' Han in BYD's lineup, and it's the first D-class flagship sedan in the company's Dynasty family of premium vehicles. The name, which translates to "big Han" or "great Han" was chosen by BYD's online user community.

The Da Han is expected to launch alongside the Da Tang SUV on June 17.
