Good news all around for European customers, not only their governments are pushing for lower emission but the EV incentives are attracting manufacturers from all over the world, American brands never made a big dent in Europe - apart from Opel - but always had a faithful following and many people will be excited about possibility of Cadillac selling its electric vehicles officially rather than through private imports.
