Google's Gemini is coming to Android Auto in a few months

Google will enhance Android Auto and cars with Google built-in by bringing over Gemini later this year. The company's AI natural voice assistant will accept hands-free commands without the need to push a button or do anything but keep your hands on the wheel.
Drivers will be able to interact with Gemini just like on their smartphones, but with some car-centric twists - you could ask Gemini to take you to the post office, but then ask Gemini to find a charging stop near a park, for example.
Gemini Live is an entirely new conversational experience. You could talk naturally with Gemini or brainstorm, "I want to ask my boss for a raise, but how do I go about it?"
Google says that Gemini is coming to Android Auto in a few months, followed by cars with Google built-in after that. There are reportedly over 250 million cars that support Android Auto, and some 50 car models that come with Google built-in (no phone needed).

"mindless automatons"? Your comment doesn't make sense. What is wrong with being able to communicate with a computer naturally, using messaging or speech, to receive useful information or help with almost anything imaginable?
