My 2 year old Redmi note 10 pro has a good batery. I don't understand how MIUI is draining the batery, not true.

samsung with grafene, other with sodium, so many new technologies but we are still using a 30 year old tech that is lythium.
We need some innovation concerning batteries asap

Like who would buy it if an entry level phone uses this tech but cost the same as a flagship with only 50% the increase in capacity of the battery.

Wait what? If currently used batteries have a density of 450Wh/l and the new batteries have a density of 1000Wh/l then the should be able to cram a 10 000mAh battery in a Xiaomi 13 that has a 4500mAh battery. So currently they showed an improvement from 450Wh/l to 600Wh/l.

Still fingers crossed for this technology.

The Xiaomi 13 is listed as having a 4500 mAh battery. If the new tech doubles energy density, shouldn't it reach 9000 mAh instead of 6000? Maybe the less than expected storage in the phone is due to extra hardware that becomes negligible in a bigger EV battery?
