This is no brainer partnership. Both Baidu and Huawei have megatons of user data, something BYD doesn’t have. BYD makes good cars, but the soft
experience and AI depends hugely on data. Down the road BYD should face a huge challenge.

I think this will be viable in tier 1 and tier 2 Chinese cities. Once you start getting rural though, it'll get sketchy super fast. Highly doubt they even deal with those areas though. Given the absolute madness that can be Chinese traffic, this can only make life easier for them.
