Leapmotor EV sales start in Europe in September as part of joint venture with Stellantis

The T03 mini-class car and the C10 SUV are the first ones to launch.

That bellow 20k€ model should be a well deserved slap on the face for Dacia with their Spring, which has reached a 23k€ price for an entry level low quality EV produced in China and sold there for 10k€. The best thing that can happen now is the elimination of any subsidy for EVs. The sales will tank and the auto industry has to adjust the prices to the right level. An EV should not cost more than an ICE car, as it saves on the motor and gear box, the radiator and fluids and pipes, that cost and complexity going towards the battery.
