Good idea instead of a bunch of companies figuring out 45 different ways to make a car. A few good frames and battery setups could be engineered to be more efficient and longer range at a far less price. Manufacturers could design their own bodies and shelves to go on it to a peace people's different taste. The quality and design from one unit being used for a midsize car for Ford Dodge and general motors might be a much better setup than all the ones are trying to design by themselves individually. If they work together and designed a better system all of their knowledge could be pulled into one good setup.
