Volkswagen reveals initial pricing for the 2025 ID.4

Volkswagen is resuming ID.4 production at its Chattanooga factory in Tennessee, and to celebrate, the brand has released initial pricing for the 2025 ID.4. Only models with the 82kWh battery are made right now, while those with the 62kWh battery "will have later availability", whatever that means.

The starting trim is Entry - $45,095 for the RWD Pro and $48,995 for the AWD Pro. You get 19" alloy wheels on RWD and 20" on AWD, a 12.9-inch infotainment screen, a 5.3-inch instrument display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, LED headlights and taillights, and VW Car-Net with Plus Nav and Plus Speech packages at no cost for three years.

The next step up is the S trim, starting at $50,195 RWD and $54,095 AWD. This gets illuminated front and rear VW logos, premium LED projector headlights, poor weather lights, and mirrors with memory.

Finally, there's S Plus, starting at $57,295 with AWD only. This has 21" wheels, a black roof with silver accents, power-folding mirrors with "signature lighting", three-zone Climatronic, Harman Kardon 14-speaker system with subwoofer, and an overhead view camera.
