Genesis GV60 UK pricing and equipment announced

Genesis GV60 is coming to the UK and it can be pre-ordered now with first deliveries starting on June 6. Genesis is promising a new online configurator will be available soon and customers will be able to choose their desired trim and options. GV60 will come in 3 power configurations and will have 6 option packs available and 14 colorsin either gloss, metallic or matte finish. The interior can be had in 5 color themes.

The base model will be called Premium and it will have a single motor powering rear wheels with 168kW (225hp) output and 321 miles (516km) range and it will start at £47,005.

The second in the lineup is the Sport trim with twin-motor setup running all four wheels. The front motor is 74kW and the rear adds 160kW for a total of 234kW (314hp), but the range drops down to 292 miles (470km). The price for this version starts at £53,605.

The range topping Sport Plus will start at £65,405 and in exchange for this much of your hard earned money, you’ll be driving away in a 360kW (482hp) all-wheel drive dual motor Genesis GV60 - but only for 10 seconds in a Boost mode.

The rest of the time you will be left with a 320kW (429hp) setup split evenly between the front and rear axles. The penalty for the increased power is a slightly lower range - down to 289 miles (465km). All the models come with the same battery pack with 77.4kWh capacity which can be recharged from 10 to 80 percent in 18 minutes according to the official data.

The equipment list is generous as it’s usually the case with Genesis. Two 12.3” infotainment screens are complemented by the Crystal Sphere in the center console, wireless phone chargers are standard as is a full range of advanced driver safety and assistance systems.

There are no less than 6 equipment packs available: Innovation Pack, Comfort Seat Pack, Second Row Comfort Seat Pack, Nappa Leather Seat Pack, Bang&Olufsen Pack and Outdoor Pack - the latter one offers V2L technology allowing the driver to power external devices from the car. List of options is rounded up by digital side mirrors and panoramic glass roof.
