Skoda teases refreshed Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe with improved aerodynamics
Skoda released sketches, teasing the upcoming redesign of its most popular electric vehicles. The Enyaq family is getting a facelift, incorporating Skoda's "Modern Solid" design language. This includes a new front end with an illuminated "Tech-Deck Face" replacing the traditional grille – along with slimmer LED Matrix headlights and a new bumper design.
Skoda has incorporated "Unique Dark Chrome" accents on the bonnet lettering, lower bumpers, and side skirts. The Enyaq will be offered in a new, exclusive Olibo Green color. These design enhancements give the Enyaq a more modern look, but should also improve its aerodynamic performance.
This improved aerodynamics will contribute to a longer driving range for both the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe. The Enyaq Coupe, with its sleek, sloping roofline, already has one of the best aerodynamics in Skoda's current lineup.
The rear of the updated Enyaqs also features Skoda lettering in Dark Chrome and the brand's signature C-shaped tail lights, and body-colored side skirts.
Skoda has not yet released details about any potential changes to the interior or powertrain options. The current Enyaq models offer a variety of battery sizes and power outputs, with a range of up to 358 miles (WLTP) on a single charge. Pricing and specific details about the updated Skoda Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe will be announced closer to their launch date.
