Qualcomm and Epic Games bring Unreal Engine to cars
Qualcomm and Epic Games announced the first-ever deployment of Unreal Engine into the Snapdragon Cockpit Platform for vehicles. It goes beyond gaming though and is about refining infotainment systems and user experience inside the car.

By leveraging the Unreal Engine, cars based on the Snapdragon automotive platform will allow car manufacturers to design immersive, efficient and sleek-looking UIs. It will also make it much easier for developers to produce high-quality, scalable digital cockpit systems across different vehicles, and screens.
The new human-machine interface platform featuring Unreal Engine is now available for developers, so we will likely start seeing more graphics-rich infotainment systems with Snapdragon-powered cars soon.
