Here's our first look at the Jeep Compass
Jeep is getting ready to launch a brand new EV. This will be called Compass, and today we're treated to our first ever official look at it. Sort of. Jeep is doing what a lot of other brands (Hi, Skoda!) have been in recent years, and that is releasing a design sketch. It's better than nothing, right?
So here it is in all its sketchy glory, the upcoming Jeep Compass.
It will use the STLA Medium platform and will bring its buyers "affordable Jeep capability, best-in-class performance, and state-of-the-art technology", according to Jeep.
The Compass will be Jeep's "most globally available model". It will make its debut in Europe initially, with production starting in Melfi, Italy, in 2025. After that, production will be expanded to North America and other places in 2026.
By then we're sure to get a lot more teasers of it, hopefully in actual photographic form, so stay tuned.
